Kole was built on a simple idea: great beef and hospitality that feels like home.

Our name comes from the Pennsylvania Dutch word for “coal,” a nod to the region’s heritage, and to the fire behind everything we do.

We’re not a white tablecloth steakhouse. Just a neighborhood chophouse that feels easy to walk into.

We take pride in our beef program. Salt and pepper only on our chops. That’s it. We let the beef speak when it comes off the Josper grill, the heartbeat of the kitchen. Wood charcoal. Open flame.

Good beef. Good fire. Good people. A place to relax, to celebrate, to come back to.
